Our standard product is whole bean, medium dark roast (sometimes
described as full city +) 100% estate grown Kona Coffee. Displayed here
in a clear plastic pouch, our coffee actually is packaged in a gold foil
This coffee is special in that it is hand picked when fully ripened,
then slowly sun dried after the outer cherry has been removed via wet
mill processing. Then we age it for a minimum of 90 days prior to
roasting. Our roasting is done professionally; however, it is done
in very small batches to insure that we are only selling very fresh
